Before sending your unit for inspection, we recommend you read the troubleshooting part of the user manual. This part describes errors and common troubleshooting tips that may help you solve your issue.

For assistance, please contact support@kanoxmed.com. Our support team will reply within 24 hours. If the problem is not solved, you will be asked to send the unit to us.

  1. Full name and full address
  2. Product model number
  3. Date of purchase
  4. Order ID or sales receipt
  5. Serial Number of the product
  6. Where you bought the product

 

For information about warranty terms and conditions please refer to the user manual. 

  1. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs. 
  2. Send the unit with all accessories.
  1. If using the machine with the voltage other than mentioned in product user manual
  2. Repair of product by unauthorized person

misuse, abuse, damage during transit or lack of reasonable care with respect to the Product; or failure to follow the written instructions enclosed with the Product
