Posture corrector is suitable for keeping the upright posture while wearing it. It also educates your body what the optimal posture is and how to maintain it. It is recommended not only for people with faulty postures but also for people who would like to prevent faulty postures and consequent neck and shoulder pain and headaches.
How to wear:
Note: For first time it would be beneficial having a helping hand to regulate the back strap to make 90-degree angle.
Important to know: The purpose of the posture corrector is to train your muscles to hold proper alignment. The more you use it the better your posture will be. Consistency is key to improving your posture.
Duration of usage: Start with wearing the posture brace 20-30 minutes a day as your tolerance. If you feel pain or are tired from wearing the brace take it off and wear it again after few hours or postpone to the next day. Gradually keep adding more time until your body gets used to the corrected posture position.
Note: If you start to slouch or round your shoulders, the Posture corrector is not tight enough and straps should be tighter. If you feel pain or tingling in your shoulders it means the posture corrector is too tight and you should make the straps looser.
Allergy alert: If you are allergic to neoprene, please consult with your doctor before using your posture corrector.
Washing instruction: Hand wash in cool water is recommend. Remove excess water and air dry away from heat. Do not iron and do not dry the brace in the dryer.

What is posture: Posture is the position in which we hold our bodies while standing, sitting, or lying down. Good posture means correct alignment of body parts supported by the right amount of muscle tension against gravity.
Dynamic posture: is how you hold yourself when you are moving, like when you are walking, running, or bending over to pick up something. Muscles and non-contractile structures like ligaments must work to adapt to changing circumstances.
Static posture: is how you hold yourself when you are not moving, like when you are sitting, standing, or driving. Body segments are aligned and maintained in fixed positions. This is usually achieved by co-ordination and interaction of various muscle groups which are working statically to counteract gravity and other forces.
